well, me? my weekend was wonderful and power packeddd . my church hosted our annual Womens' Retreat . it was SO SO SOOOO good !! ladies from all over came and were impacted.

as you know, the whole maxi dress phase is here. and boy, am I the happiest girl because of them. they have to be the most comfortable item after tights right now.

saturday, this was my OOTD [outfit of the day]. this shirt described me so well so I had to pick it up from F21 of courrrse! the dress [worn as a skirt on this day] is from H&M. and paired with some sandals I stole from my girl Melanieee. love youu, Poo loll believe she got them from Bakers years ago.

but yes, if you don't own a maxi dress or skirt yet, PLEASE bless yourself with one because they are so comfortable. . .

here are quite a few more pictures from this little shoot I had near the water at the hotel.

shoutout to the lady who came out on her deck and watched me take pictures ^ loll

yepppp , another EASYYYY recipe . can be used for dinner or even pretty little appetizers , you choose.

you don't even need much for this recipe. not too many ingredients and not too much moo-lahh. so here's how I made my Toasted Garlic Butter Ciabatta Squares topped with Sweet Italian Sausage .. . READY?! let's GOOOOOOOOOOOOO loll

What you will need .. .
I used a 5 pack of Sweet Italian Sausage links
1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
1 half of a large white onion
grated Locatelli Cheese (very similar to parmesan so you can use that)
1 jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice
1 loaf of fresh ciabatta bread
butter, garlic to taste

First, I started by baking the sausage for about 45 minutes on 350 degrees. Again, you can do what you're used to doing. You can fry them on the stove top if you'd like, but I liked the baked taste a little better. I left them whole and placed them on a baking pan to bake. Then when they were complete, I chopped them in about half inch pieces.

While the sausages are baking, I sliced my peppers and onions in skinny slither type slices. Then sprayed the pan and fried them until soft.

Next, add the sauce. I only used a half jar because it seemed to be enough for me. I feel the need to doctor up just about any spaghetti sauce I use because I don't like the tart taste. So if you're like me, add a little sugar to knock that out. You can also add oregano and parsley but it isn't necessary.

Once the sausages are done and cut up, add them into the peppers, onions, and sauce mixture. Stir on low and cover. Let that sit for a few minutes while you do the next step.

Open your loaf and cut into squares or sandwich size. You could make an open faced sandwich if you'd like. Place your bread on a non stick baking pan. Place a tspn. of butter on each square of bread (want to get real Italian, use olive oil instead of butter lol) . Put the bread in the oven on 350 for about 7-10 minutes or until the bread is toasted and butter is melted. Sprinkle garlic powder on bread and a little grated cheese. Oh and some parsley flakes if you'd like.

Lastly, add sausage mixture to bread, sprinkle a little (or alot) more grated cheese on top and ENJOY.

*if I had a little more time to do this recipe, I would have melted a slice of mozzarella on top but I was rush cooking so I didn't think to, but I would recommend it.

soo, I hope you found this interesting and tasty.

Let me know how it comes out when you try it and any things you did different -- I'd LOVE to see what you came up with.

as always, I appreciate you reading my blogs =]
